Port Lincoln Hospital Redevelopment

Port Lincoln Hospital Upgrade, in this photo is Michele Smith, Minister Crean, Deidre Turvey – RDAWEP Board Member, Jeff Pearson – RDAWEP Deputy Chairperson, Glenn Karutz – RDAWEP Board Member, and Mark Cant  - RDAWEP CEO  Health services in Port Lincoln will receive a $39.2 million to expand mental health, geriatric and operating services.

The 2011/12 federal budget includes funds for major redevelopments at the Port Lincoln hospital including a public dental clinic, a redeveloped operating theatre and same-day patient unit, and new facilities for expanded acute care such as mental health, palliative care, rehabilitation, geriatric and general medical services.
